RIB & Console/Seat Covers

Starspring have overcome the problems of bulky tarpaulin type covers with a range of covers made from an American lightweight high strength Marine Polyester canvas with a waterproof coating.  The material has a very high UV resistance so is not prone to premature stiffening and fading.

The weight of these covers is considerably less than traditional materials for example a six meter RIB cover is only 22lbs (10 kilos) and stows away in a 3 foot by 1 foot diameter sail bag which is provided with each cover and also with sets of console and seat covers. The colour is harbour blue and covers are provided with four buckled fixing straps - three for 5 meter and less - which go under the hull.  In addition the covers also have elastic shock cord around the outside which makes them fit snugly under the gunwale.  Covers are secure for high speed road transport.  Console and seat covers are made in the same material, these are secured by stainless pop studs two for jockey seats and four for consuls and box seats.

Covers for all consuls and seats and  RIB's up to 8.5 meters are available.  Starspring has the patterns for most RIB's, seats and consoles but to ensure correct fitting an easy to fill in Dimension Pro-forma is on the website www.starspring.biz or can be supplied by post.  On receiving these completed forms Starspring will quote the price and normally would be able to despatch finished goods within seven days of ordering.
